In order to ensure the same, Bridal Ethnic is always ready and willing to go the extra mile for its customers. In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from Bridal Ethnic, you may contact us with your complaints/ feedback at bridalethnic@gmail.com, which shall revert back to you at the earliest. Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations may be required at your end.

While placing an order customers are advised keep in mind some minor variation in color and designs also. Although extra attention is given to accurately reproduce colors, as seen on the monitor by you, still there may be minor variations in color of the actual product due to the nature of fabric dyes. Variation may also be felt because of different resolutions, monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers used. Garments also have a tendency to reflect different shades of color under different lights. A 10% variation in shade is considered as normal.

The customers who are preferring items with beaded embroidery and sequins must be aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Remember, even with the best of handling and care, this problem cannot be avoided altogether. So, before ordering such item please keeps these things in mind.

In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, Vivah Bridal recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:

Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique. 
Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors. 
Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option. 
Send your best fitting garment as a sample. 
Ask us to send you the dummy garment for the fittings & style approval before we start working on your original outfit or item. 
If You Have Made Stitched and Customization Garments on Saree, Suit, Salwar, Lehenga Choli, It Can Not returned on the ground of not liking the product for Exchange and Return Of The Products Also. 
If there is no Customization, We accept Return and refund full money at your cost. The return has to be made on your cost. i.e Shipping charges has to be borne by you. Once the product is received by us you will be refunded only part of money that is only Price of Outfit And other all charges like shipping charges and stitching and extra customization charges are non refundable or you can ask for credit note which can be used on any purchase in future. 
If there is any tailor made stitching and/or customization in your outfit then we are not liable to accept return and refund your money.

A 10% color variation is an acceptable norm. Color variation also occurs in picture due to various monitor configurations & light effects used during photography. Sometimes slight variation in work can also occur. So,

If the variation is higher than expected (then norm) return or Exchange is accepted. 
Complain has to be made on email with subject as "Complaint" for {Order number} and {Product code}. 
It has been noticed that, most of the returns/complains, are related to size. But trust our stringent quality check leaves no room for size error. But if you are sure you have got size other than what you have ordered, we are happy to provide you with Geniun for product return.

If you are returning package for size issue and on receipt it turns out to be good i.e. size of the product matches your ordered size then

a) You are not liable for any money refund. 
b) You need to pay additional 30usd as return shipment Pre-paid Label Cost. 
c) We would still help you and try to alter the product to fit your size (only if possible). If alteration fixes the size issue and if that is possible, then we will do that free of cost but to re-ship after alteration you need to pay 10usd more as new shipping cost.

Refund amount is mutually agreed settlement for some mistakes which might occur in any order. The REFUND AMOUNT cannot exceed the value of the product in lieu of which refund is being discussed.

Process for Refund 
Bridal Ethnic immediately gives credit note for mutually agreed refund amounts followed by actual MONEY REFUND or STORE CREDIT

STORE CREDIT is only way of refund when such settlements are less than ½ the value of the product. STORE CREDIT can be instantly used on next purchase and can be applied on all orders irrespective of any concurrent promotional offer. If you are not willing to take STORE CREDIT, you can ask for MONEY REFUND on email.

MONEY REFUND is actual return of agreed refund amount back to the credit card used in making the payment.

Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was made within 7 - 10 working days

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that bridalethnic.com may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at bridalethnic@gmail.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Bridal Ethnic regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email us at bridalethnic@gmail.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Bridal Ethnic for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Bridal Ethnic does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Bridal Ethnic shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to Bridalethnic.com shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to bridalethnic.com within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Bridal Ethnic.

Safe receipt of defective product by Bridal Ethnic is sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then Bridalethnic.com shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Bridalethnic.com may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.

Exchanges (if applicable)
